Located in South West Sydney and easily accessible by the M7 and M5 Motorways, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work for a great Italian Company.

Training Manager – Kenwood Food Preparation

Note: This position is a 12 month maternity leave replacement position.

The primary objective of this role is to develop and deploy the tools to train internal staff, retail sales personnel and demonstrators and across the Kenwood Small Kitchen Electrical categories, to ensure the best usage, competitive benefits, in order to better support the sales.

Knowledge / Experience requirements:

  • Has a deep interest and passion for food (flavour, tastes, textures) , food culture and food trends
  • Strong knowledge and experience regarding different cuisines, delicacies, food styles and recipe development
  • Spends a keen amount of attention and energy on knowing key ingredients of food, proper preparation and finds great enjoyment in "delighting" others through the "theatre" of cooking
  • Have an association with "key" personalities and "influencers" in the food industry including writers, editors and chefs
  • To be able to create an experience around food and kitchen products
  • Knowledge of technical products ideally within kitchen appliances
  • Experience in effective group communication/marketing of training programs
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable
